If I have an OBD I 92 prelude with a wiring harness from a 92-95 prelude A 92-95 ecu and a stock dist from a 92 prelude Si external why am I getting a code 9 with only a maximum rev of 6000 and it breaks down. I have a dist that came on the motor which is a 97 JDM OBD II but can't get it to run ?

 

you hooked something up wrong then. check again. maybe that 92 distributor is bad....

That setup should work

obd1 dist, ecu, harness should cover it.
