ha ha yea i know all the seats have the same problem.. sorry I was so vague on the first post... it was right after i did it and i had some s**t 2 do..

as far as the pics.. im new to photobucket.. so if someone can tell me what i did wrong that would be great. i appologize

lets see.. the parts are more expensive than you may think, some people say they find great deals all over but i searched for a few weeks and couldnt find anything..
I bought the parts off of hondapartscheap.com they are 25 or 26% off the dealership price... The back-rest cover and the padding insert shipped came out to just under $230- which is funny because if you were to walk in to the parts dept. the back-rest cover alone would be $240 + tax... u do the math..

as far as the installation goes it was pretty straight-forward...
-i took the seat out of the car.. via the 4 bolts
-take off headrest
-then you lift up the small leather flap on the bottom of the back of the seat where you should find some metal rings (if stock) holding the back-rest cover on.. you can easilly warp those with a pair of pliers
-then the easy part.. pull the seat cover off (removing the springs that hold it to the metal backing as you go)
-you will notice the seat cover is still held on via the head-rest guide which needs to be removed.. there is only a tiny screw holding it on but it is unaccessable from the top so i held the threads with a pair of needle-nose plyers and rotated it out little by little
-Once the guide is out, you can take the old padding off and slip the new one on
-the new seat cover comes inside-out for a reason!!! while inside out, align the hedrest holes and reinstall the guide(this will help keep the seat cover in place)
-then (replacing one set of springs at a time) slowly work the seat cover over the new padding as evenly as you can
- now all that is left is to poke some holes in the leather flaps @ the bottom through wich you can insert zip-ties to keep the seat cover firmly on the seat.

i know this was long.. and i hope it helps some of you...

here is a link for a display of different seat parts you can buy:

http://www.hondapartscheap.com...ch=no

the part #'s i bought were :
cover- 81531-SH0-A01ZA
pad- 81120-SH3-A00AA

there are 2 color choices for the seat cover , blue and gray and the part #'s change accordingly

tell me if i missed something!! thanks guys!!

The cost of DX and STD covers are not that bad. However the cost of an SI cover is pretty high. The foam is cheap though...
