Default ls vtec tranny

ok i have a b16a3 with a 3puck and light weight flywheel. im planing on building a ls-vtec with my jrsc. will my clutch and flywheel work with the ls block???

Yes; why are you using a 3 puck for daily driving? I use a 6 puck and I thought that was a little harsh for the street for most peoples taste.

i hope its a sprung clutch cause if its not i would hate driving that thing.

thanks 4 the help it was up in the air if the clutch b16. would work with the ls block but since it will jrsc ls-vtec her i come. oh and yeah the clutch is a lil harsh but i love it.

my friend used the ebay xtr stage 3 sprung and f1 flywheel and its been like 25k and it works good in his lsvtec. i know alot of people have their views on it but i know 4 people that used those clutch. its soft and work well. oh by the way he put out 187hp on the motor.

anyways sprung disc is alot easier to drive then unsprung. good luck
