Default Thumbs up for Bisimoto

I had my car tuned by Bisimoto last week, and I really just have to put a good word for the man. I've never been so impressed with a shop before. I usually hate shops because the people are shady, careless etc, but Bisi was non of the above. He acts extremely professional, and treats his work as a science. My previous tune was done by Sean Church, who is a very nice person, and did a good job, but the tune was rough around the edges. it was not smooth rolling on throttle, jolty , hesitated with quick pedal actions, and poor cold operation. THe car feels like its better then Honda could have done. I went to a more aggressive cam then before, yet I have less idle lope.

Not only that, I showed up over an hour late to his shop (traffic, it took me THREE hours to go 60 miles) and he took me and took his time doing a great job into the night, instead of going home and worrying about his own life.

I can't wait until his new header comes out, I'll definitely be all over that. Oh, and seeing his insight in person is sick!

I also found out that Sean Churches dyno does read very high. I made 144 whp on both dynos, yet on bisi's dyno I went from a crower 2 cam to a crower 3, professional headwork, valve job.

Church is a good business, and I was pleased with his work as well, but not impressed like I am with Bisi.

Could you post graphs? I am particularly curious about your A/F graphs. Our experience has been that our dynos only read 4-5% higher than Bisi's.

All of you guys need to go down to his shop... If not for tuning or even spending any money at first. Just go take a look.. He is in this for the love of the game... Not just to put money in his pocket. When BOTI was up here in Seattle a couple weeks ago, he came up a day early to tune my car... Got another 16+hp out of it and we were al impressed.. Even Bisi was a little surrised at the power the motor made with such a simple setup.. I have been telling people for years about him . He is truly the man.

if ur asking what he uses for tuning... well

he is capable of tuning (but not limited to)
FAST, Autronic, Stinger, Haltech, WeberFi, Greddy E-manage, Hondata, AEM ems
Microtech, Crome and Piggybacks like Apex-i VAFC/SAFC

he is aem and efi101 certified too..

i think Church automotive reads 8.3% higher than Bisi's dyno

I doubt it is that precise of a number, the difference is not going to be linear.

nah bro not in N/A trim... with a TON of work you can run low 13's slick down... some have gotten into the 12's but it aint easy....

but a 89mm block with 10:5 comp with a 150 shot now we are talking...

my dads old race car a 74 Mango was a stock rebuilt block .40 over... ported head, isky Z35 cam, 45 webers with a 75 shot on cheap *** 91 oct was running 11.6-11.7 CONSISTANT like a *****.... car has been running that same motor for liek 5 years already
