buying an ep3
Hey guys Im new to the civic scene..as you can tell I own a 94 honda accord...I recently have come upon a 2004 Honda civic si..its blue and it has 28,000 miles on it..It has a turbonetics turbo kit on it..short shifter and type-r shift ****, boost gauge and air/fuel ratio gauge..it also has rota wheels on it..hes asking 14,500 for it do you think this is a good deal..its running 8psi which i know that motor can handle it..I know a little about these cars but not much so if you guys could please help me out id highly appreciate it thank you so much..also he said it has been tuned and dynoed..he said it dynoed at 348hp..it has some work done to it but im not 100% sure on the internal work that has been done
was gonna say the same thing about the dyno, he probably just mispoke (lets hope so) and yeah man if everything was done right to that car and it was maintained thats a great deal. you couldnt build one like that yourself for that money. it'll make you a nice lil quick daily driver
yea I think he did mean to say 248..because I drove it and it sure didnt feel like it..then again it was raining and he wasnt giving it hell..but it is really quick and it runs really good..hopefully monday night it will be sitting in my driveway..im kind of torn though because right beside it sits a 2005 I believe RSX type-s..its got 48,000 miles on it..greddy evo 2 exhaust, DC sports lower tie bar...aem intake...and its lowered...same price..i actually talked him down on the civic si to 14,400 total price..thats with everything..taxes and all
