Default searched.. gsr sway 93 si

i need to know if gsr sway bars will work on my 93 si hatch? i am picking up pretty much the complete front suspension for a pretty good deal so i was wondering if upgrading my front sway to a gsr and adding the rear would work.

thanks,.

Doesnt your car already have the front sway? If it is the same gsr sway I picked up for mine the endlinks are a little kooky where if you get the ls sway it is only a mm less diameter and you can get the energy suspension brand new endlinks for 15bucks. As long as you have the lower control arms for a front sway you should be able to do it.

You shouldnt need to mod if you already have the front sway. What I was reading on some other forum in here is that the larger front sway can contribute to understeer and larger rear sway can lead to oversteer. Balance is the key to handling but definately search more forums and hopefully someone else can chime in as I am just getting to these mods on my ride.

The GSR front swaybar won't do anything for your car but make it handle worse. If you want your car to handle, get a decently sized rear swaybar and some good tires.

sounds good so far thank you, i will not be putting the front sway on, but the rear... does it need to be modded or braced?

get a jdm itr rear sway (23mm) and a comptech rear tie bar (which also acts as a reinforcement for the sway).
