cams will not turn on new built motor?????
i'm having a problem getting my bc spec 3 cams to turn on my b16 head. i'm running a c5 block with ctr pistons. the block has just been rebuilt and the head is brand new with titanium valves, titanium retainers, 4 angle valve job. the assembly is together with no spark plugs and the cam plates have been torqued to specs and am not able to turn with my hand not even a little bit. has anyone came across this same problem before?
ya well any motor you should be able to turn the cams anyhow whether it be easy or not. please help and advise only

Also make sure the belt is good and tight or your T-Belt will be slipping on your cam gears. I ran into that problem with supertech valvetrain. Its a little stiff.
