Default Changing out the fog light bulbs

Yesterday, I finally installed the Luminics JDM yellow bulbs (http://www.luminicsusa.com/bul...Civic) that I bought last month. The guide that I found online (http://www.hondaautomotivepart...Civic fog lights are about halfway down) said that the entire panel under the front bumper had to be removed to get the fog lights and changed the bulbs. This could be done by removing 7 clips along the edge of the panel according to the instructions. To me, popping out 7 clips and removing an entire panel seemed a little much for just switching the bulbs. Luckily, there is an easier way.

If you remove the 1st 3 clips at the end (going from the outside edge in), it will allow you to lift up the end of the panel that you are supposed to remove. This provided enough access to reach in, remove the factory bulb, and install the new bulb. After figuring everything out on the 1st bulb, the 2nd bulb took less than 2 minutes to change out.

I can definitely tell a difference at night with the yellow bulbs in. They are brighter than the factory bulbs, and the yellow gives better contrast. Also, I think it looks a lot better. Let me know if there are any questions.

On a side note, when changing out the bulb on the passenger side of the car, I found one of those air freshener things that you would hang from the rear view mirror inside the bumper. I'm not sure exactly where it came from, or how it got there, but I thought it was kind of funny.

have yellow in myself as well. i too did not want to remove the bumper but i went a different route. i went through the wheel wells for both bulbs. i have skinny enough arms, the passenger side was easy but the driver side was a bitch. getting past the air box was the biggest pain in the ***. my friend had my hydraulic jack and my ramps were in my parents garage so thats why i chose that way. so to those with skinny arms, its not hard, to others, do it this way or take the bumper off (which only takes about 10 minutes)

I drive an `07 Type R and upgraded the side, dipped and full beam lights last night (Osram Night Breakers 501's, H1's & H7's). I would like to upgrade the front fogs to Osram Night Breaker H11's but the bolt that needs to be removed (according to the manual) is inaccessible due to the extra 'skirting' at the bottom of the front bumper...

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
