Default clicking axels?

so i changed my noisy release bearing, and put the tranny back in. I went for a test drive and i have a clicking noise at 15mph and my shifter starts to shake. It stops when the car stops but continues above the 15mph mark.

I've replaced the drivers' side axle, and now i'm thinking of doing the passenger side.

It happens when i'm driving straight and does not change sound when i turn left or right.

Could it be my tranny?

well, if the clicking was not there before the repair, i see no way that the cv joint would become bad enough to click going straight (they usually start off clicking while turning) and with ur shifter shaking i would be checking for something u may have left loose in while working on the car, maybe the castle nut on the lower ball joint??? that would be my first check
