if he didn't even clock you, then you have a chance. And the exhaust thing you can get taken off, I don't know why he would put 'non whatever' on it though. Because that's a fix-it ticket.
Just tell the judge there's no way you would speed past a cop going 60, even if he was pre-occupied with another vehicle.

first off if he gave you a ticket for 60 plus then he was clocking if he wasnt then he would have gave you a reckless driving ticket.second off he cant give you a ticket for you exhaust unless he had a DB meter and if he didnt then fight it.But they can do what ever they want and thats why they are COPS and they arent good at anything else but to write ticket and be ******** and eat donuts...
take his punk, authority abusing *** to court. i'd definatly take the chance on that.
i got nailed on the 105 by a "metro sheriff'" you know the ones used to look after metro transportation? anyway, he paced me at 110 for a few miles b4 hittin' the reds on my ***. to make a long story endless, i antagonized him to give me a tic, said he was gonna be a nice guy and let me go. found out later, CHP needed to be in the presence of the issuing officer/deputy in order for it to stick.
so screw him, take him to court.

but don't they go to school for that speed **** where they can tell just by eye? thats what i heard
Do you have a lawyer? Good legal counsel can get you out of anything (Just ask OJ...). My only ticket was for 62 in a 45 on a back road at night; I was the only car onm the road, so he had me good. I hired a lawyer and for $200 I got off with only Improper Equipment and $60 in Court fees. IMO, that's more than worthwhile to keep the points off my license, not to mention keeping my insurance from doubling. I even learned my lesson, and with the exception of a couple of rare stupid moments, I've more or less kept my lead foot off of the gas.
nope, no lawyer, or anything like like that can't afford that right now, putting faster motor in my car, and do you think i will get off easlier cause i am a juvenile
http://www.ticketassassin.com you can fight it many different ways, the no radar and out of jurisdiction should be eaisly defeated. you can fight it in court w/o written declaration 1st and win, fix it ticket shouldnt be too hard either. relax and just fight it. you have a good chance of winning my friend.
Man...IM me and Ill send you the legal code that says that you cant be ticketed for exhaust unless they have a DB meter.
As far as the ticket...fight it. The cop probably wont show.

I got a ticket for going 62 in a 35 zone.
charged with "unsafe speed in prevailing conditions"
didn't fight it, just went to court and looked 'nice'.
..and got fined $190....which, compared to all the other tickets I've gotten isn't all that bad.
Just thought my experience would relate to your current one.

if you go to court, this is what you say... hold a quarter up in the air and then drop it. then ask him how fast that quarter was traveling... and if he said he can't while he's standing there.... then ask him how he could tell you were going 60, while standing on the street with no radar. hopes that helps you. cause you have to think of a seinero where hes FCUKED and can't talk his way out of. GOOD LUCK fighting your ticket.
