you can also get a sticky pod and drive the car around 15 - 35 mph with the camera pre set.

yeah cut it out.
I can remove it in PS with out cutting that section out, but my days of free photo shops are over with.

Yeah, Clone Stamp is one of the few tools that I even know how to work decently. Just when I thought that I was done with it, I realized that the tripod leg had a damn shadow to eliminate as well!! It's odd because AS I am working with the image, it never looks correct and I'm not satisfied with it, but now that I look at it a few hours later it looks perfect as if it were never there to begin with.
I don't fully understand your explanation as to how you did your overexposure images. And how did you mount the camera firmly while moving?

The main method I use with the Clone Stamp is to locate the area I want to dupe from, hold ALT and do a Left-Click. Then goto where you want to apply it and go. Some times it works best to do a lot of repeated clicks as you move along as opposed to a long drag. And of course, changing the brush size and style of brush for the finer details of blending one area into another.
On your tripod, are you strapping it to the vehicle I assume, and what camera do you have that can do long exposures?
