Default NEW HERE,,ITR HELP

Im sure you all here this alot,but here goes,
i just picked up an ek with a 97 ITR swap..
It runs hard but i wanna make more power .Whats the best route i can go to make some reliable Hp.My goal is like 210 at the wheels..Any suggestions?
Also,are there any cams i can run on the stock ITR springs and retainers or is upgrading them a must?.

upgrading the springs isnt completly necessary for some of the stage 1 cams but its always recommended. u can do a set of buddy club spec 3's on stock itr valve train and get a hold of a good header with a true 2.5" exhaust. with all that and a good tune u should be above 200whp
