i did my valve adjustment today on my 01 teggy. when i turned on the car, it shook somewhat violently but after the revs dropped, it was smooth and my valves were really quiet ...is this normal for it to this after an adjustment?


also, the middle screw(between cylinders 2 and 3) of the valve cover may be stripped. i turned it counterclockwise, but the nut would not come off, it would just keep spinning.

 

does it shake violently whenever you rev it up or just the first time?
