Default What size AN fitting for OEM fuel filter?

First off, car is a 95 GS-R w/ b18c5 swap. I would have posted in the non-ITR forum but most guys in there are n00bs w/ not much useful and reliable knowledge. Therefore, I turn to you guys.

My question is as stated...What size AN fitting is needed to fit the top of an OEM fuel filter? Reason I ask is b/c this weekend I installed a new fuel filter (w/ new supplied washers) and the bastard still leaks. Yes, the banjo and service bolt have been tightened all the way down and checked numerous of times. Does not matter if I remove one of the washers, use them both (one above pick up and one below against filter) or any other combination...STILL LEAKS.

While doing the filter, I installed an AEBS manifold along with STR fuel rail from my turbo build to try and clean things up a bit for the NOPI show this weekend. The rail came with one fitting to run a braided line and one fitting to run the OEM line. If I use the fitting for the OEM line, it leaks. Does not matter if correct washers are there, missing one, missing all, all the way tight, or half-assed tight...STILL LEAKS.

Since I do not have the time to deal with a leaky fuel system right before a 3-4hr road trip, I figured I would use the fitting supplied with the rail to run a braided line, have a line made with correct fittings on each end, and have a L AN fitting made to fit the fuel filter.

Would there be anyone out there who could tell me what size the part of the fitting is that will be going into the fuel filter? Also, I have a Marshall pressure gauge that I thought about using. If I were to do that, I would either run a T off of the fuel filter or run a 2 female side, 1 male side T right before the fitting on the rail. Could anyone tell me what size fitting fits the Marshall gauge?

I know all of this is a long drawn out way of asking my questions and I apologize. Hopefully you guys can bear with me here and help me out. All help is appreciated!

TIA

Awesome! Now I just hope the place local to me has one of these in stock

From this fitting, I would need to run a -6 90deg. (1 female to fitting 1 male to line) to the line and then from line to fitting supplied w/ rail correct?

Correct again. some people run a 120 or 150deg and snakes the line under the intake pipe, but I use a 90deg, because it's a lot cheaper and does the same thing, just doesn't look as nice

HaHa yeah I understand the cheaper part.

I just called Cline Hose & Hydraulics Llc http://www.clinehose.com/ here in Greenville and had them order the part. They are not a EARL's distributor but they do sell Aeroquip. I had to have them call Aeroquip and order the fitting b/c the standard sizes of that fitting is -6AN to 12mmx1.5 and not 12mmx1.25. Will be going to pick that up along with 90deg. Friday morning.

I could have ordered the part from Summit but with 2nd day air, the total came out a little over $30 From this place, the part was $14 or so and with shipping should be around $20-22. Once I pick up the part Friday, I will have Cline's write down the Aeroquip part number for me so everyone can have it as a cross reference.
