this guy (Ryan Franklin) sold me a type r lip on ebay and never sent he lip and has sold to people on H-T before. im looking for this guy so i can try to get my money back any info would be great

 

How did you pay? If you paid by credit card through Paypal, call the card company and they will make it better. Have you filed a dispute with Ebay?

 

If you PayPal can't you cancel the transaction???

I always pay with a credit card through Paypal. Paypal "claims" that they offer the same protection as a credit card when they withdraw from your bank account. I don't trust them. My credit card company is a guaranteed result.

 

So once the transaction is done, it can't be cancelled????

 

I think it can, but there is certainly no easy button. I have read horror stories about Paypals protection. With the credit card, I call the number on the back and two minutes later it is resolved.

 

I've also heard horror storys about how some people gip the person w/ the wrong item or they recieved nothing and already payed and can't do squat about it...

 

yea paypal is screwing me over with aqnother transaction already i called tem because they tokk money out of my account without my autrhority about a bullshit dispute 5 months ago and i called paypal and they litterally told me i got screwed over so id rather not go threw them anymore

My receipt account for Paypal payment is maintained at a zero balance.

If this seller is connected to a shop, check the BBB and file a complaint.

 

he is i think but i cant find anything when i look up the "so called" company name (kichwa performance) id really like to know what town he lives in so i call supprise him with a phone call

 

If it is through Ebay, you can request the seller's information.

Ebay like Paypal is layered in obscurity. Search for dispute resolution or the like on Ebay.

make SURE you were charged first. one time i called a place bitching that it had been three weeks and i didn't even recieve a tracking number and that i would sue them blah blah blah.

turns out they hadn't even charged my card yet, boy i felt dumb
