Are the springs/shocks interchangeable between base and sh models? i know the front suspension is different on the SH, but not sure if what i want for my suspension will fit.

They are interchangeable as long as you replace shocks and springs. SH oem springs only fit with SH oem shocks, vice versa.

 

thanks.. so any shock/spring combo that fits a 5th gen prelude should work on an SH without problems..
