Default Help, Integra won't run correctly

My 94 GSR stopped running a few weeks ago because of a bad main relay(I thought it was the fuel pump). For referance my car has hondata s300(basically a stock gsr tune with slight adjustments), headers, 2.5'' exhaust, skunk2 im, str tb, and an aem intake. I replaced the main relay with a new one from honda and the fuel pump with a walbro 255lph. The car since will start but won't idle or run well, seems to be missing, and is sending a lot of unburnt fuel through the exhaust. Ive tried everthing I can think of from adjusting fuel pressure to changing spark plugs, wires, distributor etc. I don't know what else to try, when the main relay goes bad does effect anyting else in the electrical system.
Thanks for any help.

have you tried taking some fuel out of it with the hondata? the walbro puts out alot more fuel than stock, may need to re-tune
