and you have '94 lude? I think you better check again if you think ludes have cable tranny's. If I have a cable tranny, I wonder what the hell I have been bleeding over the years, probably the blinker fluid I guess

Bah, I'm sorry.. I was thinking of the Cables that connected the Shifter to the Transmission... I was thinking Cable Transmission in that sense...

Are you talking about bending the release fork from to much force from the Slave Cylinder then? Or from the other side..

I don't know what I did, but after I installed my ACT 6 puck and pressure plate there's a sound like a cricket on meth coming from my clutch when take my foot off the pedal. If I depress the clutch pedal through the inch or two of dead space until it starts getting hard to push the sound goes away. Random Google searches are telling me it's the fork/pivot ball contact point. Did I break it?

^^your problem is probably a bad throwout bearing, though you can try putting some grease in the divot in the clutch fork where the slave cyl rod pushes it.

I have NEVER seen a bent clutch fork, that would have to be one stiff as pressure plate. lol. that fork is much stronger than the hydraulic system is IMO.

no grind when you start it in gear...not even a grind when you finally get it into gear....but it does pull forword slightly when started in gear...but not enough to stall the motor when on the brakes

its going to suck when you look at your new/old clutch forks and realize they look the exact same.

next time try the easy solution first

I thought you already replaced all that once and now you have it back open again?

I think your problem with not being able to get it into gear, how it creeps when you turn it on in gear, that is a clutch adjustment problem.
