Bolt-ons will only add 5-10 HP if you're lucky.

Those are vtec cams champ... he's got a b18b. If he does want to go with LS cams, then crower and pick a stage and if needed valve train to match his setup.

Spray = easy cheap and safe

what do you have done to the motor all ready ??? if it is bone stock i would say start with the intake, header, exhaust....if you have them all ready than do the spray... it sounds like you got beat in a silly street race and you want to race again...lol...

x2!!

nitrous alternative option, definently a good one

What is the most basic formula that says how fast your going to go(don't think too deep into it)? Power to weight!

STRIP the pig!! my b18 powered crx went on a diet and is down to 1720 pounds half tank of gass. Thats a good bit of weight that the engine no longer has to push around. And its free, and can be(not SO easily) put back to stock. Hey im cheap! haha

LS/vtec... maybe? Not that cheap though. Run no exhaust, advance the timing, take off unnecessary belts, etc

dollar for dollar, nitrous over ls/vtec. Especially cause you will have a hard time to complete an ls/vtec setup for under a $750, and that's if your really lucky!

Nitrous I had a b18a I ran 6 bottles though it on a 75 shot never had a problem
seemed to run better after the first bottle, I think it cleaned the valves.
Just retard the timing. Kits used are like $300 new $500
