I have a 1992 Honda civic 1.5 Liter. Ive been having trouble starting up the car when the engine is cold. It turns good but it doesn't want to start. When it finally starts the engine chokes a bit in the beginning. I changed the plugs and wires. Distributor and distributor cap and the pcv valve.. Anyone have any idea what this can be?
