Ok so, when i start the car sometimes....it turns on,goes up to 2000, and just falls down till it bogs out...then when i turn it off, and back onto the accessorie, i dont hear the fuel pump priming....think its the pump or something else?

 

Wiring issue, fuel pump or possibly main relay about to go out. Check your fuel pressure.

 

yeah im thinking its the relay....becuase i hit the bottom of my dash, where the fuse ox is and the pump kicks in and i can hear it.
