Okay I know that it will do nothing in performance to my car I just want the sound so I was wondering if anybody could tell me how to hook up a blow off valve without a turbo. Only post if u actually want to help! thx
LOL.... what is the blow off valve going to blow off if theres no boost? just hook up some computer speakers in your engine bay and run a recorded blow off valve noise and you can probably make it sound only when you let the foot off the throtttle hahaha have fun good luck
But, your money, your life, your car, you decision...

While your at it, why not put in a boost gauge and egt gauge to complete your cars conversion to poseurdom. Hell, I would even add some NOS stickers in the windows, and maybe a fake arming switch. This is why the domestic guys laugh when I pull into car meets- until they see the work I've put into my car.
I am really starting to hate my fellow honda owners.

When i get bored, i sometimes make BOV sounds between gears, cause i have Dreams of boost <3.
Why in the hell would you put a BOV on car without a turbo? Do you think it will make a sound? You sound like one of those people that find those ebay bolt-in turbo whistles for your exhaust to be a performance modification.

Annnnnnd nobody's helped you
.
You can hook up an immitation box, they make a box w/ a speaker that makes a BOV sound when you press a button or release the throttle, that's just an independent 12v sound system that has one sound.
In terms of an ACTUAL BOV? No can do. The reason a BOV makes that sound is b/c there's X PSI (whatever the turbo is boosting minus 1 or 2 or so for intercooler bottleneck) in the charge pipe (intake pipe) and the BOV opens up to relieve the pressure on the butterfly so your butterfly doesn't shutter.
You can NEVER gain positive PSI in the charge pipe w/o some sort of forced induction, therefore it's not possible to hook a BOV into your stock charge pipe/intake pipe piping.
Only thing I could think of that puts off positive air pressure is if you have a restrictive exhaust, if it's not restrictive the pressure won't build up...but the BOV would probably melt from the heat anyways.
Your best bet for the sound is to get one of those immitator boxes, 1 box, 1 or 2 speakers, you can connect it to sound when you let off the throttle and when you hit a switch in the cabin, 12v, hide it under the intake mani or something.
Hope that helps some
. Sorry nobody else helped you.
EDIT:
NVM: This guy has a link to exactly what I was talking about:

Get that if you want the sound, it's pretty much your only bet w/o an actual setup that does forced induction such as a turbocharger.

"N/A Blowoff sound!!"
Is rice making a comeback?
You might as well buy some 18" knockoff chrome rims, a giant spoiler, a bodykit from andy's autosport and a paintjob that resembles that of a bag of skittles, one color for every body panel.
