Default Locking rockers together???

Are there any instructions out here on how to lock the rocker arms together manually? I am playing with some ideas for the motor for my Integra, and one is custom cams that ride on the center vtec follower. Is there an easy way to do this, or do I have my work cut out for me? The head nor motor is in the car so I know that will make things somewhat easier. And I dont want to hear the "Why would you want to do that"s........I have my reasons, and have built more engines than most people can dream of, so I know what I am doing.

If your such an "engine builder" shouldn't you be able to figure it out on your own? you need to ask questions like this on a forum?

This is the first Vtec engine that I have messed with. I usually build Fords and Chevys, and some Toyotas. And I have my ideas on know to do it, I just want to see if there is "Right" way to do it or not.
