88 honda crx si -

has a d15b8 out of a 95 to 98 civic and and stock computer wont run right. revs out at 4000 rpms.

what stock ecu? stock si pm6 ecu? if so check your sensors to make sure its correct also, reset your ecu because its sounds like its in limp mode
