Default easy D?

how could i go about putting a 96 d16y8 head onto a 96 1.5 dx block. mini me i guess, but can it be less complicated staying obd2? anyone do this changeover? like cam pulley, or new compression specs, or how expensive it could turn into being? call me crazy but not spending any money would be ideal, seeing the car cost me that much to finally have a decent car, and a buddy hooked it up with the head, intake, all sensors (cut wiring), cam gear and valve cover and misc pieces. if anyone wants to throw in their two cents, love to hear it!! thanks gents

No 1.5 for 96 in the US (your loc says RI). If you're already OBDII, you'll need to add a knock sensor and use a EX ECU. It's be easier IMO to just change it to OBDI with a P28.

Other than that, all you do is replace the head.
