Default 99' Civic EK door glasses

ok..the idiot that had the car before tried to "make" power windows he's got his own little made up wires and everything else. now did the stock 99' EK HB have power windows or no? the door panels and everything look right for the car.but i'm not sure where to go from here.

no 99 civic hatchbacks did not come with power windows. he most likely pulled them off of a 99-00 civic (2dr) ex.

ok..now i'm going to see if i can get power running through the fuse box to get the power windows to work. do you think that is a waste of time..or should i put it back the original way..and if so what do i need to get?

i really don't know what exactly is the problem. but if the power windows are already there, then go ahead and fix them, especially if they are not working.
