Default ovvver reVV from hell (tranny problem)

car is a 2000 ex with jdm b18c-r..... to make a long story short...let my buddy drive and he did the redline 3rd to 2nd when going for 4th and i ended up with 12 bent valves and what seemed to be a destroyed clutch...i dropped the tranny and did the clutch torqued to spec put back together bleed and it still wont go into any gear when the car is running..when the car is off it goes into every gear with ease...i have the tranny back off and i cracked it open and see no sign of anything being wrong and plan on doing a slave and MC??? when i had the d series in the clutch chattered bad but i dont see any sign of a leak. could it be the MC or slave without leaks?? help please with opinions??? thanks

release fork or shifter forks inside the tranny? both look ok i guess...the pressure plate lost a pin in the over rev and was flopping around indise the bell housing...was thinking mabe it bent the release fork but there are no contact marks on it ???

slave cylinder was good. master cylinder must be good, since when i found out that motor had a bad tranny i went ahead and took it out and just put a d16 in it cause its my only ride.

yeh me to.. i was JUST LEARNING to drive a standard and it was in an old carberated 1987 crx... and was in 3rd .. shifted to go into 4th and dropped in second i didnt know to let it off slowly.. u know just to make sure i was in the right gear..i let off that clutch pedal and son underneith my hood i heard the god awfulest sound everwas and the car was going "WRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" lol and let me put it like this it was a bad experience for a green horn i seen the hood get a big ol dent on it on the passenger side.. the car surely died on me and i opened up the hood and there ontop of my valve cover laid a VERY slain flywheel... i was like "gawww damn" good thing i only give 200 for that car...i felt horrible..

My first car was an 87 crx si and it was fuel injected. Were the non si models carbeurated? Hmmm, thought 86 was the last year for carb'd hondas.
