alright i have a DA teg 92, i have a 97 gsr motor in it. the question i have is.

what axles work best for this combo. i know the intermidiate shaft is different but i want to know, do i use the other intermidiate shaft the one that comes with the gsr or use the one that comes with the DA. cause the motor looks like it sits higher than the b18a that used to sit in there. and right now i have a bad wheelhop so i was thinking if the motor sits higher maybe the original axles for the gsr are just a little longer and maybe that is the reason i have the wheelhop. the wheelhop feels like the inner cv joint is coming out of place and it makes a metal on metal noise i checked all motor mounts and replaced the ones that were broken before i pulled the swap. and rechecked them after this started happening i am pulling out the axle today and i'm going to warranty it out. any info would be helpful.

p.s. it is the passenger side that has the wheelhop. and it drove fine for like 450 miles while i broke in the clutch and the day i opened it up it started to do this. so i think the extra stress on the axle while in a high RPM may have contributed to this problem. sorry so long of a topic.

B series axles are the same length and the intermediate shafts are different. im pretty sure you should be using the shaft from your DA. im not a DA guy but are the mounts in the same place as a DC? if so than i would think the motor should sit the same as the b18a1

they are in the same place except two the driverside motor mount on the DA's are like 1 inch longer or something. and the transmission mount is on the trans. and on the DC's they are called stabilizer bushings and you have one on both sides
