OBD0 ECU's (New Jersey)

PM6 was pulled off of my car (91 civic sedan D16a6) and was replaced by a b16 swap. I did not have any issues with it.
Tested the PR3 ecu on my car and ran fine. Vtec kicks in @ 4500 and Redline is @ 7800 or so.
Both ECUs are virgin and have not been chipped.
