when i drive around the car smells like it's runnig rich, I just purchased this car and the last owner washed the engine and one of the injectors had water deposited in the conector so I dried it and it ran better but i still can smell the gas and also after 5000 rpms the car just losses power. could it be that the injector got messed up from the water getting to the plug. I have a check engine light on which consist of code 14 which i think is for the icsv, so i'm thinking it might me bad. Hope some one can help.

 

running rich could have top do with your o2 sensor which also could be the reason your check engine light is on and which could also be the reason your losing power after 5k rpm. All these symptoms make the o2 sensor seem more likely to be the problem.
