wirring aftermarket power mirrors?

wirring aftermarket power mirrors?
alright so heres the deal my stock power mirrors were fucked up and i ended up buying some cheap spoon style power mirrors... the question is how do i wire em up? the stock plug has 3 wires and the new mirrors have 4... so anybody know what goes to what? any help is appriciated... THANKS

anybody happen to have a diagram for any ebay mirrors??? i massaged them to make em look nice and aligned them so im not looking at the floor but now i just need to wire em.... off the mirror i have a Black, Blue, White, Brown..... help!!!
