EX models don't have a speed governor. Mine (97 ex) has none... goes over 145 and so does my friend's accord.
The ONLY way to remove that from your LX, SE or DX is to reset the ECU (send it to a place that does it or take the car to a place that could do it).

Yeah I think those type people will soon come to face a harsh reality up here in Canada. Removing the governor and going that fast will end up costing you $10,000.00 if you get caught. That is the minimum fine for going 50Km over the posted speed limit, nevermind what they will do if your tagged going over that.

Why do you need to remove it? If your car is a weekend track car great. If it's your daily driver you don't need to remove it. All you will end up doing is blowing up your stock 12 year old engine.

You might want to do learn a bit more about your car and how it works before you go blowing the engine for nothing. Put some time into actually learning how to make your car so it's worth removing the limiters. Then take it to a track and see what it will do.

You are not going to go over 100 on a track lol

*edit*

Here's a list to show your stupidity:

1) Your tires are most likely not rated for above a certain speed (all seasons namely)
2) Your car is roughly 10-12 years old and I would wager you have no idea about the maintenence done on it
3) You have not taken a driving school for those speeds (or for tracking it)
4) You are doing this on a freeway/highway (oh god i hope it's not residential)

Any questions?

No one here will help you remove something that will get you killed.
