Okay, I just bought a 1990 civic hatch for $1000. To me, it was a great deal... This car has only interior blemishes, I was amazed. It has 140,000 on it and still runs like a champ. To make sure of this, I went autocross style while test driving it. I would like to replace the clutch, brakes, distro/cap and some new plugwires and spark plugs... what kind of brakes came on a 90 civic hatch? Are they the disc on front and drum on back, like the newer civics? It might say but my owners manual is in japanese...

 

why dont you do a gsr upgrade? I got one and cheap!Im local too
