Default ruined paint

Hello i recently purchased a new black civic, about 2 weeks later someone came and pressure-washed my house and said i didn't need to move my car. Well low and behold its 9 in the morning and i come outside to catch a ride to the gym with a friend and i see this guy spraying my car from about a foot away.

Anyways to make a long story short he quit when i came out and i left and when i returned that day my car looked like someone had poured milk all over it. So i washed it 3 times, this stuff didn't come out. I called the company and they said the stuff they were spraying the house with got on the car and the man tried to wash it with dishwasher detergent. Anyways they sent the man out when i wasn't home and he put wax on my car which didn't exactly solve the problem. I hired a detailer to come clean it and they did, the stuff went away for 1 WEEK. Now its back and the detailer says he will try to compound it and see if that gets the stuff out.

So my question is Wtf was in that pressure washer and why is my car still covered in white spots? Will the compound help, any suggestions? Will i need to have it repainted? The WHOLE car has these spots.

Ive only had it 3 weeks

Probably some sort of acid to get the crap off the side of your house. My guess is it ate through the clear coat of your paint, or reacted with it, similar to the effects acid rain has on a paint job, only a lot more concentrated.

Most likely the only way to fix it is new paint. Have the company that washed your house pay for it, it was their expletive up. If they refuse, threaten to sue or ask to have them come up with a way to get it fixed. Dont pay for it out of pocket.
