part, interchagabilities between si and hf
i found a smashed up si i think i can get for cheap. how easy it it to do a motor swap from an si into a hf, this may be a stupid question but hey, i'm a newbie. mine is a 91 and the si is a 88 i belive(not for sure) also how strong do you guys think an si motor with 217,000 miles on it would be, how hard would it be to get the motor rebuilt if necessaary(cost wise and parts wise)
also my radiator has a small pin hole on the top, i assuming the si's radiator is probably the same one, is it?
and finally how hard is it to put a passenger door miiror on an hf from an si, the mounts should be under the black piece on the hf shouldn't they?

If you have the knowledge and the time, I'd recommend rebuilding it yourself...find a Helm's manual, it should tell you everything you need to know...plus it'd be a good learning experience, so if someone asks you **** about your engine...you'll know exactly what to tell them...just my .02
almost everything from the si is interchangeable with the hf. since you got a hf, you can consider getting tilt steering, cause hf don't have it. i got tilt steering on my hf, i got mines off a 88crx dx. radiators are exactly the same. get a helm's manual for your crx. check ebay, i got mines on cd off of ebay. perfectly scanned pdf file.
