shift light in stock DX cluster?

shift light in stock DX cluster?

im confused. My dx has a white box on the cluster with an up arrow in it but its never worked. is this supposed to be a **** light? also, can i adjust where it comes on? its in a 92.

i believe the cx or vx had a cluster like that.

it's controlled by the ECU.
and no it's not adjustable in it's stock form.

a little work and a RPM Switch and it can be adjustable.
