Default CRX, Shift Linkage, B16 cable tranny.

I have to put the shift linkage back into my CRX. I've never done this myself but it shouldn't be too big of a deal. Anything inparticular i should watch out for?

Mount the linkage on the car side first and make sure it going the right way. Then bolt it to the trans. You don't want to install the change rod 180deg off.
