Help... just swapped 2000 B16A2 into 1996 Civic EX; P/S bracket does not fit

Help... just swapped 2000 B16A2 into 1996 Civic EX; P/S bracket does not fit
The P/S lower bracket does not fit as it touches the AC belt. Did I use the wrong belt?
2000 B16A2 complete motor
1996 Civic EX
- using stock a/c compressor with Del Sol bracket
I do not get why it does not fit... the third bolt (far right) is having issues, can I just chop that piece off?
