is pr3 b17a and jdm b16a the same bore size on the pistons????

lost a piston in my b17a...
and i got b16a.. thats good but i gotta go to ref...

i wanna ethier reuse my b16a used piston in my jdm motor

or buy new ones...

and i gopt a new set of type r rings can i use them on ethier of my piston set ups??

 

The two pistons are the same bore, but have different CR. DO NOT MIX AND MATCH PISTONS. Use all the same pistons in the block.

Why not? People do it all the time to increase the compression.

Rings are standard for 81mm bores as well.

It sounds like he wants to use 3 b17 pistons and 1 B16 piston.
