stock steering wheel
hey after my uncles accident with the airbags, we jus got one of the cheap ebay wheels. i was wondering if tehres any way of putting the stock one back on if i buy one because i like how that one feels much beter. or any aftermarket teering wheel that feels good with turning and everything? these cheap ebay ones suck lol
u just line up the hub w/ the wheel perfectly straight and tighten, im using the steering wheel w/ blown airbag removed. (i have a steering wheel, where there's wires exposed instead of an airbag.) if ur planning on re-installing the airbag, its the same thing. u line it up perfectly straight w/ the tires straight and mark ur hub to keep it straight. then after u get the wheel in there tight and perfectly aligned, u just hook up the airbag, slip it in, and screw it in (torx T30 screws for the 5th gen) oh and make sure u get a new SRS computer to ensure safety. drive safe and have working safety features. its cooler to be alive than dead.
oh and dude ur not the youngest to own a 5th gen, im sure theres japanese kids younger than you, or even european people.
but hey, what do i know, i got my 5th gen at 15 and a half too. :]
