you should really read up on both and what features they both offer. decide on which one best suits your needs. Also, who is going to tune it? See what your tuner says. No point in buying an ems and then finding a tuner.

error type, i was talking about either getting an s300 or power fc. and nothing wrong with the s200 just want to upgrade since i have to get the car retuned. Because of a wanabe tuner who used crome on my car and jack it all up, but the s200 sill works fine. Performance Concepts in TN stay away from them!

Hondata S300 without a doubt
Power FC can be good as long as you have a Datalogit, Special 4 bar map from RX.7.com and know how to rewrite and tune the graphs. Its nice having the comander to monitor all engine functions including knock and boost without having a laptop hooked up. On top of that, there is only one set of maps and your not just fooling the factory Honda ECU. You can also add a boost control kit and have 4 stages levels of boost during a run.

power fc also has a hand held controller which displays a few things (water temp, knock, air temp, etc..) which is nice if this is a street car. Also you can change boost pressure settings on the fly with the controller (kind of nice if you dont have access to a fc datalogit box and laptop).
i havent used the hondata s300 but i used the power fc on one of my hondas. i liked it so much that i decided to use it on my daily driven evo.
only complaint about the power fc is that it does not have launch control.

cant you just upgrade from the s200 to s300 through hondata? I thought they offer that trade in/upgrade....

yeah i can but i the only problem is ther serial is not on the ecu so they wont do it , thats just how i got it when i bought the car

they wont socket it or they wont allow you the kickback for the upgrade?

I had one that worked fine with the datalogit and a gm 3 bar. When I changed to a 3.5 bar we never could get it calibrated right. I got tired of messing with it and got an s300. Best thing I ever did!
