Default any one have really bad sctrach/dent removed

yo yo yo check it
pretty a buddy of mine scratched up my car pretty nasty, (05 rsx type s)
dude doesn't have insurance so its a super pain. Went down to the body shop i usually get body work done at and they estabmated me for 2 g's of labor no parts involved, and to my surprise thats has to be such a rip off. not wanting to follow through with the crazy price i was thinking of any way of just poping the door to atleast surface condition. the scratch is down the passenger side door and pretty damn noticable. good advice welcome but dont waste my time with put downs
probably in the wrong forum but i think you guys might know little more than a whole bunch of opinions that dont know exactly what would happen
peace and bless

Is that before or after any buffing? Buy a decent hammer/dolly set, then buff out what you can. Buying another door may not match. Even if it's the same paint code.

I know a guy that might be able to fix most of it. No guaranty of it being perfect but he's really good. Fixes dents for alot of DC5 guys.

is it one of them off the street repaid doodes
my friend had one of them guys rip him off
the guy sort of fixed the dent but left some major holes up in the door well
and this nasty plaster stuff to cover it up
charged him like what ever he had in his pockets couple bills
saw the job and thought he got ripped off
then my buddy thought bout it and felt like he got ripped and his ride messed
if some one is going to bust some holes i rather bang it up myself to fix it than to loose pocket savings nah mean
if you would want to bust it to your ride let me get some more info

I second that. I worked for Nissan and I was always on the phone with them. They do a shitload of work and actually have 6 shops here in SoCali

I'd send anyone there anyday!
