Default attn: D16z6 users...

i have a d16z6 sohc vtec motor in my car, i live in the stockton area, which is freakin hella hot....is there any way to get A/C? we tried to put back the stock a/c from a crx and the compressor didnt bolt up to the block..i was jus curious if anyone who has this swap in their ride has A/C.......help! thanks.

it should bolt up.....if you use your AC bracket from your crx there should be no problem....I have A/C in mine, a 91 dx with a d16z6.......

try it again, maybe you got confused on which bolt holes to use....

Hmm i think when we tried, we just had the compressor not the bracket...ill try again. thanks bro!

you DO need the bracket in order for the compressor to bolt on to the block.....use that and I guarantee you it will work....
