OBD 2 to OBD 1

ok, i have an OBD 2 h23vtec, with the Vtec solenoid without the switch on it and the internal coil distributor. is there any way to make either work with OBD 1?

the internal coil dizzy is a jdm piece, you will need to either swap it out for a us one or wire it up. i suggest swapping it out.

I don't understand the rest of that garble though.
