Default GSR VS Type R rods

Im doing a poor mans type R build and I want to stay with oem internals. Now my question is are the Type-R rods any better than GSR rods? I have a set of GSR's right now but id like to do it right and keep this swap on point. So let me know

Not really. If you have a good balancer, just balance the GSR rods. Otherwise, just throw some ARP's in them after having the BE resized. Main difference is the stock rod bolts. ITR's have a dimple to check stretch, GSR's don't.
