removing pulley

im having trouble removing #17 (not sure of the correct term for this part) on my h22. Ive done this before so sry if it's an easy question. Thanks for the help

it should just slide right off w/o a problem.
try removing the key first, then like sorta twist it to break it free and it'll slide off
