they say this is an COMPLETE turbo kit beside the intercooler is this true i want to know before i buy this

It is complete but i would really not bother those kits are hurtin you could put something together alot better then that or save some more money and buy a better kit

it depends on how much you want to put into the kit. research and a few good books let you know what you need.

as for the blue box: it is a piggyback, nothing more.

The emanage: not CARB/SMOG legal.

go to http://www.homemadeturbo.com snoop around there for awhile you will learn all you need to... and ya you do need bov and boost control with that kit.

the bluebox like jared said is just a piggyback nothing more. it will run your motor rich as all hell... stand alone management is recommended. get hondata or neptune or crome or something

basic turbo kit needs
turbo
charge pipes
manifold
wastegete(if not internally gated)
downpipe
injectors
fuel pump
oil feed and return lines
bov
intercooler
vacuum lines
vacuum manifold(optional)
fuel mangement
turbo timer(very optional)
tapped oil pan for return

probably more i'm sitting in college class and can't really focus on this i'll get back to it later sorry

With intercooler and BOV (you should get), this is a complete, but overpriced, kit.
The emange can be tuned for fuel and ignition. It comes pig rich with no ignition harness.
