i have a 91 civic hatch, gsr with full race kit, 255lph fuel pump, Aem pressure regulator, There are no leaks anywhere, car is getting fuel ,but looking at the fuel pressure guage, when turning the car over its at 45psi, then it slowly drops down to 0, as if its not holding pressure, can't hear anything leaking, and theres no leakage underneath the car. ive changed the fuel filter as well and it did nothing, Car is turning over has consistent spark on all 4.

Any Idea why the car is not holding fuel pressure?

Could this keep the car from not starting?
