I have a bone stock b16a. Will gsr pistons or gsr cams by any chance improve my cars performance by any chance if anything. I have heard b16 pistons are better.Does gsr pistons=more compression? Does gsr cams=anything?

 

B16 pistons will make more compression so they are better. GSR cams will typically give a very small gain in performance. If you are already taking the time to do this, why not do it right the first time? Get a set of cams and have the car tuned for them.
