Default TW: 91 Integra Hatch JDM B16A Swap and more...DE/NJ/PA/MD

I am testing waters on my 91 integra RS hatch. It has 229K miles on the chassis and trans, and about 60K miles on the JDM B16A motor. I purchased the car almost two years ago and it had just been recently swapped.

I've put about 20K miles on it since then and it hasn't let me down once. This is definitely the most reliable vehicle I've ever owned - no lie, I would trust it to take me around the world and it wouldn't let me down. It doesn't leak or burn anything. My reason for selling is finances - I picked up an old cheap Civic for work and I have to let go of my baby now. If I could keep it I would - it's the best car I've ever owned! Ok, enough with my ranting, lets get to the list

Motor:
-JDM B16A motor (1st gen) with about 60K miles on it
-Exedy Clutch
-Fidanza lightweight (8lb) flywheel - great even in traffic!
-Injen CAI
-DC Sports headers
-HKS Hi-Power Cat-back Exhaust
-1 year old Universal catalytic converter (this car breezes through emissions)
-B&M Short throw shifter
-Stock 5-spd LS trans, has 229K miles on it, with Synchromesh changed every 5K miles, no grinds at all
-PS removed, manual rack swapped in, car has no A/C or ABS from factory

Interior:
-Full black interior (headliner is gray and has some nicks in it but otherwise in good shape)
-Few panels have clips/screws missing, never had time to fix
-Driver's side window needs a handle, clip, and the metal shaft (is stripped from using vice-grips to roll window down )
-Aftermarket flip-up sun roof with (bad) tint
-GSR driver's seat (for side bolster adjustments)
-Hornet alarm "stealth" installed with actuators for locks
-Not sure what radio will be included (either a Pioneer or Sony CD player, both XM/Sirius ready), but has Kicker 5.25'' in the doors (has spaces for rear speakers but no speakers are back there, wiring is all intact tho)
-Could use a new speedometer cable (sometimes the needle shakes at low speeds but the speedometer is accurate so it's not much of an issue, it's not noisy at all)

Exterior:
-Real JDM 1-piece headlights
-2 year old paintjob (2005 Mazda RX8 Velocity red is the color)
-Hood is dented and flat-black (opens and closes fine though)
-Front bumper is in good shape but is flat-black also (was silver)
-Right fender has paint chipped away and surface rust formed
-Rear quarter panels have slight rust
-Drivers side door has long scratch on the bottom with paint missing and surface rust formed
-Needs headlight bulbs (both only work with highbeam on - it's not a wiring issue, the cheap bulbs I use just blew)
-Yellow bulbs for foglights (rewired to defroster so they can be on/off at driver's discretion)
-Second set of foglights under turn signals (turn on with ignition)
-Amber turn signals
-5% window tint all around (and half of windshield) from Formula 1 Tinting - has transferable lifetime warranty against peeling and discoloration - the drivers front window has a couple scratches and back hatch window does also, but looks fine from outside

Suspension/Brakes/Wheels/Tires:
-Omnipower Full coilovers (Set to furthest setting down) - ride stiff but great, not bouncy at all, although the front end squeaks somewhat at low speeds (may need bushings - struts are not blown)
-Some rear sway bar, sorry don't know what brand
-Front Upper strut tower bar, again not sure of the brand
-Brembo cross drilled/slotted rotors all around (front may need to be cut - shakes during braking around 50-55MPH)
-Honda OEM pads with meat left
-Recently flushed with DOT4 brake fluid
-14'' Del-Sol wheels painted gold (paint has seen better days - is chipped in many places, but rims aren't bent so that is a bonus)
-Kuhmo tires up front, generic tires in the back, back tires don't match
-Car needs camber kits on all 4 corners, tires do get worn down, I get about 12K miles from front tires and I got 20K from rear until they wore down too far. Car has a slight pull to the right (maybe a tire issue though)
-Handles really well!

Maintenance Schedule:
-Oil changed every 2500 miles with Mobil One synthetic and Honda OEM filter, drain plug and gasket
-Trans fluid changed every 5K miles with Pennzoil Synchromesh
-Coolant flushed every 10K miles with Prestone Conventional/Distilled Water 50/50 mix, in the summer I throw in a bottle of Redline Water Wetter for good measure
-New NGK plugs every 7K miles

Well, there she is, good and bad. She needs a little bit of TLC to be perfect, but it is a lot of minor stuff. Mechanically she is sound, so if you need a good running vehicle with some "get-up-and-go", this car is perfect. It has a clean Delaware title and registered here until 3/15/08. I am the 3rd owner (2nd owner did the swap and most of the modifications). If you want specific pictures of anything let me know, my battery died while taking these. I am asking $3100 and it's firm, let me know what you guys think its worth but please don't lowball

Sorry, I did forget to list that! It's a P72, with the VTEC set at 4500. It has never thrown a CEL (but it comes on when you first turn the key so I know the light itself is functional).

Any other questions or picture requests please email me or respond to the thread! And now its for sale for sure, not just testing waters. Any reasonable offer WILL be considered. Thanks!
